How much do caregivers earn?
Under the 2/3 Rule, caregivers earn two-thirds of what the client pays for their care. Your exact pay depends on the client’s rate and your role, and we’ll go over it with you when we talk.
Can I choose my schedule?
Tell us when you can work, whether that’s weekdays, weekends, overnights or live-in shifts, and we’ll match you with clients whose schedules fit.
Do I need a certification?
Not for companion roles. Home health aide and certified nurse aide roles need the matching training or certification.
