Keep Safe Care is a private-duty, non-medical home care company headquartered in Austin, Texas. We help seniors and adults who need a hand at home, in Greater Austin, San Antonio and Greater Dallas.
Our story
Keep Safe Care opened its first location in Austin in 2020 with a simple idea: if you treat caregivers well, they’ll stay, and clients get more reliable, more consistent care.
So we built the company around the caregiver. Our 2/3 Rule sends two-thirds of what clients pay to the caregiver. Our own technology handles scheduling, check-ins and billing, which keeps overhead low and makes room for no contracts, no minimums and a sliding fee scale.
In 2026 we brought the same model to San Antonio and Dallas.

The more hours you need each week, the lower your hourly rate. Our own technology keeps overhead down, and we pass the savings on.

Caregivers check in and out with GPS, and tasks, photos and messages are tracked in our app in real time, so your family knows how every visit went.
